Alternate Deminsions
All of my trips that year had extremely poor weather and it made it very difficult to shoot. If it was not down pouring the fog was so thick that you could see very little around you.
The day that I got this shot I was working my way back towards home. I drove past the lake and it looked like the fog was going to lift and it was quite calm. I turned around and got set up and waited a few minutes. The wind picked up and you could see the ripples starting to work their way across the lake. This ruined the reflection but it also lifted the fog. Due to this there was a very narrow window to grab a reflection, though no longer glass-like, without the fog hiding the opposite side of the lake.
